Who is responsible for PanaKit
PanaKit (https://www.panakit.com) is operated by Panabotics. In this policy, “PanaKit,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Panabotics in connection with the PanaKit website. This policy describes how we handle information when you use PanaKit.
Our privacy principle
PanaKit is built for sensitive health-related questions — ovulation timing, pregnancy dating, and cycle tracking. We do not require accounts, we do not run third-party advertising on PanaKit, we do not sell personal information, and we do not collect or store the dates and numbers you enter into calculators on our servers.
Calculator data stays on your device
Dates, cycle lengths, measurements, and other values you type into PanaKit calculators are processed locally in your browser to produce results. That information is not sent to us, saved in our databases, or linked to your identity as part of normal calculator use. When you leave the page or close your browser, that session data is gone from the calculator unless you save it yourself (for example in a screenshot or notes app).
What we do not do
We do not maintain user accounts or health record databases for calculator use. We do not use calculator inputs for marketing, profiling, or training third-party models. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or data brokers on PanaKit.
When you contact us
If you choose to submit our contact form or email info@panabotics.com, we receive only what you send (such as your name, email address, and message). We use that information solely to respond to your request. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent. Messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry, unless a longer period is required for legal or security reasons.
Aggregate site analytics
We may use standard website analytics (for example Google Analytics) to understand overall traffic — such as pages viewed, browser type, and general region — in aggregated form. These tools are not fed your calculator inputs and are not used to build individual health profiles. Analytics providers may process data according to their own policies. You can use browser privacy settings or extensions to limit analytics cookies if you prefer.
Cookies and local storage
PanaKit does not use cookies to store calculator inputs or to track you across other websites for advertising. Analytics providers may set their own cookies or similar technologies. We do not persist your calculator entries in cookies for tracking purposes.
Other websites and Panabotics products
Panabotics also offers other products and sites (for example Panabotics and PanaPDF). If you follow a link from PanaKit to another Panabotics product or to a third-party site, that destination handles information under its own privacy policy. Using PanaKit calculators does not automatically share your calculator inputs with those other products unless you separately visit them and provide information there.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Routine calculator use does not create a PanaKit profile, so there is usually no calculator-related personal data to export. To ask about or delete correspondence you sent us, email info@panabotics.com from the same address you used to contact us.
Children
PanaKit is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through calculators. If you believe a child has contacted us with personal information, email info@panabotics.com and we will delete it promptly.
International visitors
Panabotics operates PanaKit from Pakistan. Email and analytics providers may process data in other countries where those services are hosted. If you access PanaKit from another country, protections and legal rights may differ from those in your home jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our practices or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
