Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using PanaKit (https://www.panakit.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time. Who operates PanaKit
PanaKit is a website and product operated by Panabotics. In these terms, “PanaKit,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Panabotics in connection with the PanaKit site and services. PanaKit is not a separate legal entity from Panabotics unless Panabotics states otherwise in writing.
What PanaKit provides
PanaKit provides free online calculators and educational articles (including blogs) focused on fertility, ovulation, menstrual-cycle tracking, and pregnancy dating (including due-date and gestational-age estimates). Tools run in your browser; no account is required. PanaKit is for general planning and education only. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for decisions about your health, pregnancy, fertility treatment, contraception, or urgent symptoms.
Medical and health disclaimer
Calculator results are estimates based on standard clinical dating methods (such as last menstrual period dating, typical cycle-length assumptions, and ultrasound-based gestational age where applicable). Individual cycles, pregnancies, and medical histories vary. PanaKit does not confirm pregnancy, diagnose conditions, or recommend treatment. Do not use PanaKit outputs alone to make contraceptive decisions, to delay seeking care, or in place of laboratory tests, imaging, or clinician judgment.
Accuracy of results
We work to align formulas and copy with widely accepted clinical conventions and reputable reference sources. We cannot guarantee that every result is error-free or appropriate for your situation. Standards and guidelines change. You are responsible for verifying important dates and numbers with your care team, especially for irregular cycles, assisted reproduction (IVF), or when ultrasound dating differs from calendar estimates.
Acceptable use
You may use PanaKit for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not: scrape or harvest the site in bulk for resale or republication; attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the site’s security; misrepresent PanaKit or its results as your own proprietary clinical product; use automated means to abuse forms or endpoints; or use the site in violation of applicable law. We may restrict access if we detect abuse.
Intellectual property
The PanaKit name, branding, site design, and original written content are owned or licensed by Panabotics and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may link to PanaKit and quote brief excerpts with attribution for non-commercial purposes. Commercial reproduction or redistribution of our content without written permission is not allowed. Public-domain formulas, clinical conventions, and reference data underlying calculators are not proprietary to PanaKit.
No warranties

Panabotics operates PanaKit. For your convenience, PanaKit may link to other websites — including the Panabotics company site, other products in the Panabotics family such as PanaPDF, social media profiles, and external reference sources cited in our content. Those destinations are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Except where we clearly state otherwise, we do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or data practices. Visiting another product (such as PanaPDF) is separate from using PanaKit calculators.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise. You agree that courts in Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of PanaKit, unless applicable law in your jurisdiction requires a different forum.
